Dr. Eugene Gabowitsch (1938-2009)
Just recently I went to the sad news that I greatly appreciated Eugene Gabowitsch no longer with us. He died on 21 January in his 71st Age after several months of suffering. zeitgeist readers will remember from his chronology critical contribution from issue 1-2004 .
With a doctorate in mathematics Gabowitsch counted alongside Heribert Illig and Uwe Topper in this country probably the most famous historical analysts. Them all was and still is a concern - however different their approaches to research may well be - to show that so many of our era is not right, perhaps even centuries have been sealed so. Gabowitsch, which could represent quite daring theories (such as the fact that the Great Wall of China, as we know it today, not older than 50 years - he could also show correspondingly), always laid emphasis on talk of fictional time no forgery of time. The latter he sounded too much like a conspiracy and, moreover, would have the heart of the matter not taken. of this entry »
